  • Classical full-body Reformer for -Two difficulties level sessions

Classical Reformer teach the STOTT PILATES® technique and the classical reformer exercises and sequences pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates, with added modern biomechanical principles. Improve your alignment, posture, flexibility, coordination, joint mobility, and deep core strength. Starting from the Beginner, to build your stamina and strength, endurance, and balance, and move forwards to more Intermediate-advanced levels. No matter what level class you chose, we can make most of our small props to adjust training difficulties individually.

  • Themed Sessions Reformer

Themed Sessions is different from traditional Pilates class. The sessions focused on specific themes like core strengthening, balance improvement, or flexibility. This allows our clients to choose sessions based on their personal goals. You feel the target muscle burn from your first class, take you to fatigue and even sweat. Whether you’re a Pilates enthusiast or just beginning your journey, you will find the most suitable themes here to have a refreshing and holistic approach to fitness.

  • Note: How to define the differences between Beginner and Beginner-Intermediate session.

Beginner level refers to activating core strength and attempting to control instability with a relatively stable core. Intermediate-beginner level requires a certain level of muscle endurance in addition to stability, aiming to minimize compensation according to Pilates training principles. If you understand Pilates training principles and breathing techniques, maintain good exercise habits, and have decent muscle strength, you can consider progressing from beginner to intermediate-beginner after completing a beginner session. 

We kindly request all new clients to book beginner level on their first booking. Don’t be fooled by the name ‘beginner “. Be prepared to work hard, as this is not an easy nor an orientation class.

Private Sessions

For those seeking a deeper, individualized experience, we offer 1v1 or 1v2 sessions. Your private Pilates journey started from health archive-based Consultations. We build health archive for each client to track progress, including improvements in strength, flexibility, and other fitness metrics, demonstrating the value of the sessions, and encouraging ongoing participation. Based on recordings of client’s physical capabilities, we will discuss lifestyle and personal goals to truly personalize the sessions.

 

We will also develop specialized programs for clients with specific needs, such as post-injury rehabilitation, pre/postnatal Pilates. Instructors will offer a holistic approach by including nutritional advice or relaxation techniques that complement the physical benefits of Pilates. Different from group class mainly rely on reformers, we will Introduce more Pilates equipment including Cadillac, stability chairs, and barrels to keep the sessions innovative and challenging for you, which also require more instructor’s inspection and specific guidance.
