Each session is with a Certified Pilates Instructor.
Sessions are 55 minutes in length.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your session so you are ready to begin.
For first-time visitors/new to Pilates, please arrive 15 minutes in advance to complete free-intro session.

Cancellation Policy
Like many studios, we operate a cancellation policy. The cancellation period runs from the time you make the booking until the time which is 12 hours before the scheduled start time of the booked session. If you cancel within the 12 hour period before your session you will be charged the full rate of the session.
